Celebration picnic today includes Strawberry Pie for us.

| The stars of the show: 12 oz. Sprite soda drink 1 small box strawberry Jello 16 oz or more fresh strawberries 2 Tablespoon corn starch mixed with 1/4 cup water 1 pie shell (baked) whip cream |

| Mix Jello into Sprite with whisk. Add corn starch mixture to Jello mixture in pan, it turns cloudy. Heat and stir until mixture is clear. Allow to cool. While mix is cooling bake pie shell for approximately 10-15 minutes on 350 degrees until done. Clean and sliced strawberries, filling shell. When Jello mix has cooled pour over strawberries. Put pie in fridge to cool and set up. Add whip cream when serving. |
