Ooh La La, French Bread Oui?
Not just bread. But fresh baked French Bread.
Fresh from the oven, warm, crusty on the outside and soft inside, glorious French Bread.
A French Bread or Baguette to devour.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cups warm water (110-115 degrees F)
3 packages of Rapid Rise Yeast
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons canola oil
5 1/2 -6 cups all purpose flour
Add yeast over the 2 1/2 cups of water and then sprinkle the sugar over the water . Let rest for five minutes until you see the yeast bubbles on top of mixture. |
Stir in the salt, oil, and flour. Knead the dough for a 3-5 minutes until it is smooth and pulls away from the bowl. Cover bowl with a warm damp towel and let the dough rest for 15 minutes. |
Roll the dough out into a rectangle. Roll up, tuck ends under and place on greased baking pan. |
Score the tops with a knife. Allow to rest and rise 15 minutes. |
Amazing bread in an hour and a half, from bowl to table!
