Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Fresh veggies always taste sooo good in the winter months.  Roasting root veggies in the oven is quick and easy.  Today I am roasting brussels sprouts.  Start by cleaning and trimming the brussels sprouts.  Cut the sprouts in half.  Put in zip lock bag.
Into the zip lock bag I drizzle some olive oil, grated parmesan cheese and minced garlic.
I added some chunks of baby carrots and partially cooked potatoes to the mix.  Shake the bag to coat veggies evenly.  
Spread veggies evenly on baking pan.
Bake @ 400 degrees Farenheit for approximately 30 minutes until veggies are tender.
Time to gobble these veggies up!
